Wanda Dixon Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Wanda Dixon of Elida, New Mexico. Wanda, born on March 4, 1926, passed away on September 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Heard and Norene Heard; and her husband Kenneth Dixon. She is survived by: her children, Charles Dixon (Jolene) of Alto, Herschel Dixon (Connie) of Elida, Stanley Dixon (Vickie) of Portales, Durward Dixon (Tina) of Elida and Jeannette Perkins (Larry) of Tucumcari; and her sisters, Nelda Wooten (Delmer), Doris Cullum and Janice McElroy. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
