She was predeceased by : her parents, Manuel Romero and Bersabe Romero; her husband Redolfo; her sons, Ronald and Julian Martinez; her grandson Carlos Martinez; her siblings, Adonio Romero and Phyllis Romero; her siblings-in-law, Joe Montoya and Rebecca Romero; and her in-laws, Fidel and Fidelita Martinez.
She is survived by : her children, Phillip Martinez, Loyola Montoya (John) and Vivian Martinez; her granddaughter Victoria Lucero; her siblings, Joe Romero (Mary) and Mary Montoya; and her sisters-in-law, Lena Vigil, Marcella Anaya and Geraldine Baca.
