He is survived by: his wife Jennette; his brother William "Bill" Boozer (Judy); his daughters, Mikea (Steve Almager), Mindy McCasland (Shane Overton), Misty (Phillip Jenkins) and Manda McCasland (Eric Pender); his siblings-in-law, Andy Landes, Joe Landes (Judy) and Jamie Wilson (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler, Kyzer, Kynzi, Kanyn, Kennede, Mason, Bryce, Kezia, Dominique, Delaney and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Raeli, Tyler II, Naleigh, Nash, Aspyn, Asher, Jace, Iyla and Braylen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
