He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvil Donell "Al" and Eulalia "Bobbi" Ballard; his daughter Mandi Rachel Bartee; his brother-in-law Wendell Phillips; and his fathers-in-law, Mory Wills and Jim Gardner.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Ballard; his children, Ryan Corbell, Scott and Melissa Bartee; his grandchildren, Sydney Bartee, Cayleigh Corbell, Colton Corbell, Cohen Bartee, Aubree Bartee, Tyler Bartee and McKynzie Bartee; his great grandchild Autumn Reid; his sisters, Delores Phillips and Lynn Edwards (Tom); and his parents-in-law, Carol Wood, Babs Giachetto, Richard Giachetto and Joe Wood. He is also survived by aunts, many cousins, nephews, and nieces.
