She was predeceased by : her father Martin Mikolajczak; her husband George Johnson; her son Jack; her mother Josie Woodward; her stepfather Jack Woodward; and her brother Martin Robert Woodward (Bobby).
She is survived by : her children, Velvet (W. Trent Wood) and Vernon (Shelly Johnson); her grandchildren, Garrick (Mitchell Wood), Audrey (Chris Shelton), Natalie (Jose Garcia) and Jeremy Johnson; her great grandchildren, Evie, Wesley, Jordan and Haiden; and her sister Barbara Woodward. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
