She is survived by: her husband Bobby Joe Simkins; her children, Matthew Smith and Angie Taylor (Smith); her stepchildren, JD Simkins and Vicki Simkins; her grandchildren, Fisher Easley Smith, Madison Easley, Cheyanne Simkins, Cody Simkins and Mataya Taylor; her brother Tom Helms; Christopher Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to the San Juan College Foundation Scholarships or Farmington Museum Foundation.
