He is survived by: his former wife Connie Winn; his wife Karen Walker; his children, Matthew Collyer, Zacrey Hewett, Casey Collyer and Crista Collyer; his stepchildren, Liana Plummer and Micah Wild; his grandchildren, Matthew, Dylan Collyer, Cooper Hite, Kevin, Ali Collyer, Lucy Hewett, AnaSofia Roldan, Leo, Mac Akins, Easton and Jaxon Plummer; and his sisters, Pam Erickson, Lezlee Dixon and Alison Collyer.
