He was predeceased by : his parents, John Wilkerson Campbell and Julia Mae Wilson; his sisters, Christine Hodge and Beverly Hicks; and his niece Robin Hicks.

He is survived by : his wife Louise Porterfield Campbell of Farmington; his children, Cary Campbell (Linda) of Beaumont, TX., Brian Campbell (Sherry) of Farmington, NM. and Julie Campbell McKeen (Alan) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Quaid Campbell (Kirby), Morgan Campbell, Caylin McKeen Romero (Terrence), Halie McKeen and Geoff Vaughn (Tiffany); and his great grandchildren, Jett, Bodi and Diem Vaughn.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Summit Church in memory of Don Campbell.
