He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryan Mantle and Eloisa Padilla Mantle; his wife Crystal Allene Mantle; and his sisters, Nancy Mantle Melott, Ruth Mantle Jaramillo and Norma Mantle Gonzales.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon (Jimmy) and Mack; his grandchildren, Heather Mantle Lopez, Crystal Stanley Kinne, Patrick Duane Mantle and Hillary Hubbell; and his grandson-in-law Paul White.
