She is survived by: her parents, Alexis Mulholland and Ryan Martinez; her grandparents, Lori Martinez, Henry Medlin, Harry Martinez Jr. and Cindy Mulholland; her great-grandparent Harry O. Martinez Sr.; her aunts and uncles, Angela Mulholland, Alicia Rose (Trevor), Ashley Arrietta (Yuma), Felicia Quintana-Lopez and Ethan Martinez (Nikki); her cousins, Armani, Milani, Journi Arrietta, Adelynn, Remington Sanchez, Solara Rose and Xyla Martinez; her friend Chelsea Gonzalez; and her family, Kristina Romero and Maria Romero. She is also survived by numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Maizey's name to the Ronald McDonald House Foundation, and that daisies be planted in memory of their sweet Maizey MooMoo.
