He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Vernon Pierce and Myrtle Lucille Orre; his wife Helen Pierce; his stepmother Wanda Pierce; and his siblings, Susan Pierce, Robert and Ronald Pierce.
He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Hubbs, Barbara Magarity and Darol Blaine Martin; his nieces, Christine Dyer (Pierce) and Crystal Pierce; his great-nieces, Taylorann Dyer and Prasilla Brown; and his pet Kelly. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
