She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Zufelt and Maggie Myrtle Gladden Zufelt; her brother Maynard Zufelt; and her son Ronald Brent Jack. She is survived by: her husband Sylvan Ronald "Ron" Jack; her daughter Jolynn Jack Marcum (Kelly Marcum); her granddaughter Mckenna Marcum Galloway (Bryce Galloway); her great grandchild Oaken Galloway; her grandson Mitchell Brent Marcum; and her siblings, Shirley Jack, Nancy Hunt and Nathan Zufelt.
