He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Griesmer. He is survived by: his parents, Andy Hawkins and Tricia Hawkins of Farmington, NM; his sisters, Courtney Bridges (Alyster) of South Euclid, OH and Victoria Faulkner (Sam) of Lexington, KY; his grandparents, Tom, Darlene Hawkins and Sheila Griesmer; and his significant other Maggie Samples. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schulte & Mahon-Murphy Funeral Home (5252 Mayfield Rd, Lyndhurst, OH 44124). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM and on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
