He is survived by: his wife Elva Stallings; his children, Roland Stallings, Robert Stallings, Ricky Stallings, Joe Anders and Debbie Stallings; and his siblings, James Stallings (Gloria), Rocky Rock and Anna Ruth Sandoval (Joe). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
