He was predeceased by: his brother Ty Allen Garrett; his grandparents, Bernard, Maurine Miller and Patsy Garrett; and his grandson Emmett.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael Garrett and Juanita Garrett; his wife Patricia; his children, Cole (Heather), Sydney (Brice) and Rhion; his grandchildren, Avery, Camden and Brooks; Trish. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
