He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Young and Ramal Young; his wife Valerie Kelch Young; and his brother Joe Young (Jody). He is survived by: his children, Charles Young (Denise), Dani Montoya (Frank) and Traci Shelby (Steve); and his stepchildren, Claude, Starla McKenzie and Lacey Burge. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
