He is survived by: his parents, Isabelle Billey (John) and Nathaniel Willard Billey; his siblings, Cory Manus, Gregory Billey, Nathan Billey and Taylor Billey; and his siblings' children, Ethan Billey and Raelyn Billey.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sunset Hills Baptist Church (30 Rd 6480, Kirtland, NM 87417). A burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kirtland Fruitland Cemetery (4157 US-64, Kirtland, NM 87417).
