He was predeceased by: his parents, George Henry Ligon and Lula Juandel Street; and his sister Patricia McElhaney. He is survived by: his wife Ana Elena Ligon; his daughter Jennifer Ligon Jones (Casper West); and his grandchildren, Caysi Jones and Gavin Jones.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ft. Stanton State Veterans Cemetery (1398 State Highway 20, Fort Stanton, NM 88323).
