He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Propps and Frances Propps; his siblings, Nola Gammill, Patsy Gomez, Leona Wood, Gary Paul Propps, Royce and Donald Ray Propps; his brother-in-law Calvin Gammill; and the mother of his child Cindy Sena.
He is survived by: his son Paul Propps (Hanna) of Lubbock, TX; his grandsons, Xavier and Jaxson Propps; his brother V. E. Propps (Lori) of Fort Sumner; and his niece Heather Davenport (Scott) of Fort Sumner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
