He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph William and Frances Terrell (Doyle); his wife Mary Ann Terrell; and his sister Janice Terrell. He is survived by: his sons, Drew Terrell (Monica) of Amarillo, TX and Seth Terrell (Stacy) of Lubbock, TX; his grandchildren, Abby Terrell, Thomas Terrell, Samara Lambright, Reed Terrell, Bryton Lambright, Tripp Terrell, Sadie Lambright and Sophie Lambright; his great grandchildren, Paisley Lambright and Skylar Lambright; and his siblings, Eloise H. VanVoorhis of Bellevue, Nola E. Terrell of Fort Sumner, Thomas R. Terrell (Delores) of Oklahoma, Johnny Bob Terrell of Space Port, NM, Monty G. Terrell of Fort Sumner, NM. and Richard H. Terrell (Betty) of Fort Sumner, NM.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chavez Funeral Home - Fort Sumner (830 5th St, Fort Sumner, NM 88119). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church on the Hill - Fort Sumner (25203 US-84, Fort Sumner, NM 88119). A burial was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fort Sumner Cemetery (1335 N 17th St, Fort Sumner, NM 88119).
