She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Gammill and Zelma Gammill; her sister Ellen Marie Gammill (G. A. Gunn); her grandson Colten Gunn; and her son-in-law Mark McCollum.
She is survived by: her sister Dr. Joyce Roberts (Steve Roberts); her children, Kim McCollum of Fort Sumner, Brenda (Gary Telkamp) and Clifford (Beverly Gunn); her grandchildren, Ryan (Kelsey McCollum), Megan (Brennan Broyles), Layne (Julie Presley), Loran (Nick Quinn), Katelyn (Hunter Buckles) and McKayla (Lane Draper); her great grandchildren, Lacey McCollum, Colby McCollum, Branson Broyles, Bosten Broyles, Reagan Presley, Aiden Presley, Hudson Quinn, Finley Quinn, Grayson Quinn, Scout Buckles, Porter Buckles, Holland Buckles, Jack Draper and Naomi "Pretty" Draper; her siblings, Bill Gammill, Butch (Mary Gammill), Doris Rodgers, Juanita Thompson, Linda (Gary Malecha), Joe (Loretta Gammill) and Bruce (LaDonna Gammill); and her siblings-in-law, Deenie Pounds of Canyon, TX and Jay Bookout of Lubbock, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chavez Funeral Home - Fort Sumner (830 5th St, Fort Sumner, NM 88119). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Christ - Fort Sumner (25203 US-84, Fort Sumner, NM 88119).
