She was predeceased by : her husband Ray Welch; her parents, Felipe Garcia and Elisa Garcia; her son Jason Welch; and her siblings, Rita Zuniga, Manuel Garcia and Jacob Garcia.
She is survived by : her son Ben Welch (Janice); and her grandchildren, Ben N. Welch, Angelo V. Welch, Aaron R. Welch, Michael Holland and Jessica Sepeda.
