He was predeceased by: his wife Merlinda Torres; his parents, Eduardo Torres and Benjamin Torres; and his siblings, Felix Torres, Ofelia Hernandez, Carmen Garcia and Manuel Torres.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Torres (Sandra) of Ruidoso, Johnny Torres (Patty) of Garfield, Peter Torres (Renee) of Las Cruces and Linda Torres (Donnie) of Arizona; his siblings, Rafael Torres of Las Cruces and Adela Amador of Rincon; and his grandchildren, Isaac Torres, Anthony Sanchez, Eric Torres, Nicole Castillo and Elyssa Torres. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
