He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Townsend Baker and Iva Myrtle Baker (Huls); his sisters, Stella Gerner and Audrey Martin; and his grandchildren, Savannah Rose Baker, Suzanna Marie Baker and Jared Paul Baker.

He is survived by: his children, Charee Roberts (Dan) of Gladstone, Cleo Baker of Jemez Springs and Colby Baker (Julie) of Cimarron; his grandchildren, Stephen Baker (Andrea), Nathan Baker, Karissa Baker, Kaitlyn Baker, Luke Baker, Kelcey Throckmorton (Nick), Tyler Johnson, Blaine Baker, Kynlee Baker, Thomas Quinones (Monica), Zatthias Bennett (Jadin), Zander Bennett (Teagan), Tobias Bennett, Xahndria Bennett and Shay Bennett; his great grandchildren, Isaiah Baker, Ezmae Bennett, Brixleigh Bennett and Zariah Bennett; and his siblings, Sharon Jones of Frankston, Terry Petr of Spearman, Buford Baker of Spearman and Donnie Baker of Ogallala. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
