He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Farley; and his parents, Avery Farley and Edrie Farley. He is survived by: his sons, Jack Farley Jr. (Elaine Farley), Terry Farley (Janet Farley) and Wayne Farley; and his grandchildren, Tammy Brown (TK Brown), Stacie Serrano (Tony Serrano), Tara Brown (Marc Brown), Leah Farley, Rachel Otero (Christopher Otero), Kevin Farley (Kenna Farley) and Adrian Farley (Kimberlin Farley). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (717 Victor Ave, Milan, NM 87021). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Grants Memorial Park Cemetery (500 W Roosevelt Ave, Grants, NM 87020).
