He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Alton Ply and Willa Dean Ply. He is survived by : his wife Sheila; his children, Ryan Ply (Tami), Kyle Ply (Kerri Light), Chad (Katey Ply) and Katilyn (Jacob Norris); and his brother Kenny Ply.
