She is survived by: her sister Darlene Underwood (BC); her daughters, Vicky Hulsey and Karen McWade (Richard); her grandsons, Ricky Van Matre, Steven McWade and Matthew McWade; her great grandchildren, Renee Acosta-Baradet (Alejandro), Ryan Van Matre, Emileea McWade, Liam McWade, Riley McWade and Trinity McWade; and her great great grandchildren, Xiovanni Acosta and Caroline Van Matre. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family has requested no flowers, but plants would be acceptable.
