He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Moore and Frances Moore. He is survived by: his wife Janie Moore; and his children, Cristy Pothoff of Austin, TX, Melissa Moore (Trey Gonzales) of Austin, Billy Kay Fuentes (John) of San Angelo, TX, Gary Kennedy (Patty) of Sturgis, SD, Cody Kennedy (Mary) of Seminole, TX and Shawna Campbell (Mac) of Granite Shoals, TX.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Taylor Memorial Baptist Church (1700 E Yeso Dr, Hobbs, NM 88240). A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Seagraves Cemetery.
