He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Henry Babcock, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Tina Babcock; his mother Patricia Shifflet; his stepfather Gene Shifflet of Houston, TX; his children, Brandon Babcock (Kelly) of Hobbs, NM, Stephanie Babcock of Hobbs, NM, Joseph Babcock of Hobbs, NM and Michael New of Boston, MA; and his sisters, Denise McElyea of Houston, TX and Dana Slovacek of Houston, TX. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation or the American Liver Foundation.
