Eduardo Angel Cano Obituary

We announce the death of Eduardo Angel Cano (Hobbs, New Mexico), who passed away on October 6, 2026, at the age of 55. Eduardo will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Cano and Esperanza Holguin Cano; and his brothers, Victor Cano and Jesus Cano. He is survived by: his children, Sabrina Verdoza Rivera, Jonathan Cano, Vanessa Mendoza, Nathan Cano, Victor Galindo, Samantha Angel Cano, Daisy Salazar and Orlando Sanchez; and his siblings, Salvador Cano, Paz Manuel Cano, Sergio Cano, Irma Brooks, Maricela Vega, Mercedes Gonzales and Esperanza Acosta.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Griffin Funeral Home (401 N Dalmont St, Hobbs, NM 88240). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the Prairie Haven Memorial Park (1900 E Stanolind Rd, Hobbs, NM 88240).
