It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emigdio Terrazas Montano (Hobbs, New Mexico), born in Cerro, New Mexico, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Isidro Montano and Concepcion Terrazes; and his brothers, Angel and Isidro Montano, Jr.. He is survived by : his close friend Yolanda Baeza; his children, Daniel Montano (Juan Hernandez Montano), Esmerelda Lozano (Juan Lozano), Jessica Soqui Montano (Alejandro Soqui) and Ulises Montano (Ashley Montano); his siblings, Manuela Silva, Gabriel Montano and Guadalupe Montano; and his grandchildren, Elaine, Juan, Betty, Joselyn, Gabriel, Emma, Kevin and Alexa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
