He is survived by: his parents, Soledad Rios and Gabriel Rios; his siblings, Viviana Rios, Catalina Rios, Gabriella Rios and Gabriel Rios, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Omar, Ali Chavez, Livia, Adalynn Rios and Arielle Rios; his siblings-in-law, Gabriella Juarez and Omar Chavez; his grandchildren, Martha Montano and Jose Velasco (Christiana Altamirano); his aunts and uncles, Laura Velasco, Cristal Velasco, Jose A. Velasco, Javier Clark and Jose T. Rios; and his cousins, Adam Velasco, Jose Velasco, Andrew Velasco, Abraham Velasco, Joshua Velasco, D'Anthony Munoz, Aaliyah Munoz and Ali Munoz Jose Rios (Isaac Cesareo).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Hope Funerals & Cremations (3321 N Dal Paso St, Hobbs, NM 88240). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at the Prairie Haven Memorial Park Cemetery (2201 E Stanolind Rd, Hobbs, NM 88240).
