With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jose Silva of Hobbs, New Mexico, who passed away on March 21, 2026 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jose may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jose touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomas Rojero (Rafaela Silva) and Rafaela Silva; and his brother Manuel Rojero. He is survived by: his wife Martina Rojero Silva of Hobbs; his children, Guadalupe Rojero of Hobbs and Aylin Villalobos of Hobbs; and his siblings, Tomas Rojero of Baltimore, Maryland. and Aurora Porras (Georgia) of Dalton.
