It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Elizabeth Kendrix (Hobbs, New Mexico), born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 4, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Williams and Alpha Williams (Jerri); her husband Charley Kendrix; her children, Gearldine Solovic and David Welty; and her son-in-law Richard Solovic.
She is survived by: her brother John Williams, Jr. (Sue); her daughters, Linda Deming and Jennifer Welty (Rebecca Beardsley); her stepchildren, Charles Kendrix (Gloria), Linda Elliot and Robin Kendrix (Annetta); her grandchildren, Kristen Lee, Erica Jaramillo (Ryon), Melissa Bartlett (Zach), Colby Deming (Harlee), Amanda McPeek (Maddie), Colin Deming (Lyndsey), Kaila Berry and Jessica Beardsley; her great grandchildren, Shanley, Rachel Nava, Nick Solovic, Maddie Bartlett, Kaybree, Brycen Berry, Aiden Day, Rowdy, Creed, Jettson Deming and Esperanza Montoya; her great great grandchild Javier Montoya; her nephew Todd Williams; and her nieces, Stephanie Reedy and Rebecca Welty.
