She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hunt and Clarene Hunt; her husband Garland; her siblings, Rocile McConal, Sid Hunt, Glen Hunt, Martha Burnett and Tommy Hunt; and her son-in-law David Lugar.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby McConal (Regina) of Kerrville, TX, Lajan Lugar of Horseshoe Bay, TX, Juanett Hindi (Rached) of Midland, TX, Danny McConal (Angela) of Hobbs and Angie McConal of Lubbock, TX; and her sister Quay Roberts (Larry) of Eastland, TX. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-one great- grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chapel of Hope Funeral Home (3321 N Dal Paso St, Hobbs, NM 88240). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jefferson Street Church of Christ (1526 N Jefferson St, Hobbs, NM 88240). A burial will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Memories Cemetery (3250 Sidney Baker St, Kerrville, TX 78028).
