He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulalio Quiroga and Reynalda Quiroga; and his former wife Rita Quiroga. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his sisters, Abigail Quiroga (Oscar) of Benito Juarez, Chih and Griselda Quiroga of Seguin, Texas; his children, Olivia (Chihuahua), Maria Guadalupe Guillen (Florentino) of Hobbs, Elda Davenny (Nathan) of Hobbs and Ignacio Raul Quiroga (Angelica) of Hobbs; and his great great grandchildren, Lily and Lucas. He is also survived by grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.
