She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Munoz and Natividad Munoz; her husband Margarito Garza; her son Jose Luis (Teresa Garza); her grandchildren, Justin, Marcos, Matthew and Angel N. Lozoya; and her siblings, Vicente Munoz and Julia Salcedo.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Briseno (Johnny Gonzales), Juan Garza, Mary (Joe Navarrette), Maricela Garza, Ricardo Garza, Eduardo Garza and Elias Garza (Jackie Mejia); her friend Refugio "Cuco" Sanchez; Juan De La Rosa and Dora Moreno. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
