He is survived by: his wife Josephine Herrera; his children, David Colvin and Christi Colvin of Sarasota, Florida; and his stepchildren, Ronnie Fuller of Hobbs, Katherine, Jose Medrano of Clovis, Patricia, Mac Wright of Hobbs, Kristina and Chris Sturguess of Seminole, Texas.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
