Sarah Louise Gilless Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sarah Louise Gilless of Hobbs, New Mexico, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 12, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sarah Louise may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sarah Louise touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Morrow and Lena Morrow (Shelley); and her sisters, Patricia and Shelley. She is survived by: her children, Toni Gilless, Vance Gilless, Becky Gordon and Felicia Hicks; and her husband Vance Gilless. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren, one brother-in-law, 10 nieces and nephews and numerous grand and great grand nieces and nephews.
