He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bobby" Billingslea and Nettie Carter Billingslea of Carter's Flowers; his former wife Linda; and his brother Andy. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Robert Billingslea and Kristin Billingslea; his grandchildren, Kevin Billingslea (Bobbi), Dede Torrez, Christopher T. Torrez, Dwaine Chavez (Rebecca Johnson) and Linda Billingslea; his sister-in-law Gwenneth (late Andy); and his siblings, Johnny (Pam), Jody (Sue) and MaryAnn Epperson Nilson (Alvah). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to a charity of the donor's choice.
