It is with sadness that the passing of Bill Runyan of House, New Mexico is shared. Bill, born on June 12, 1949 in Tucumcari, New Mexico, passed away on September 30, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bill Runyan to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mayme Runyan and Bruce Runyan; his siblings, Patricia, Don and Mark; and his niece Laure Hommel.
He is survived by: his wife Denese Runyan (Moon); his children, Jacque Carter (Kyle) and Clint Runyan (Heather); his grandchildren, Koby, Dylan Valentine, Treyson and Colten Runyan; his siblings, Bryan Runyan (Linda) and Marsha Stowe (Terry); and his sister-in-law Lisa Runyan. He is also survived by neighbors.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chavez Funeral Home (830 5th St, Fort Sumner, NM 88119). A burial was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Browning Cemetery (3601-3621 Quay County Rd As, McAlister, NM 88427). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the House High School (309 S Apple St, House, NM 88121).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to The Bethel Orphanage in Jaurez, Mexico.
