He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Patton. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Patton; his sons, Jason Patton (Sherri) of Flatonia, TX and Matthew Patton of Houston, TX; and his stepsons, Mike Benton (Crystal) of Carlsbad, NM, Chad Benton (Melissa) of Tucumcari, NM and Todd Benton (De'Adra) of Amarillo, TX. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
