He is survived by: his wife Vallie Phillips; and his children, Dwight Phillips (Julie) of El Reno, OK, Troy Phillips of Mimbres, NM, Aron Phillips (Haddy) of Hurley, NM, Shad Phillips of Keller, TX and Stormie Angell (John) of Carlsbad, NM.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
