She was predeceased by: her siblings, Wiley Connell and Delva Coldwell; and her children, Donald Cook and Diana Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Richard Cook; her sons, Gregg Cook (Jennifer) and Bryan Cook; and her sisters, Zoe VanHeel and Ila Fay Madsen. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
