He is survived by: his children, Christina Cathleen Rigtrup (Stevens) and Gary Edward Stevens; his daughter-in-law Allison Marie Stevens; his grandchildren, Shelby Jane Rigtrup, Brent Joseph Rigtrup, Joseph Edward Stevens II and Garrett Emerson Stevens; his siblings, Kenneth "Kenny" Elliot Stevens and Katherine Alice Paulk (Stevens); and his friends, Hector and Esther Gil. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
