It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marvin Preston Hines Jr. of Kirtland, New Mexico, who passed away on July 15, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Era Hines (Nee Taylor) and Marvin Hines; his sister Evelyn Tillinghast of Dallas, TX; his nephew Kelly Richmond; and his niece Christi Greco.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Brenda Hines; his daughter Yvette (Eddy) of Huston, TX; his sisters, Chrystal Kubas of Rio Rancho, NM and Beth Morgan of Silver; his son-in-law Eddy Boyd of Huston, TX; and his brothers-in-law, Hal Morgan and Greg Kubus. He is also survived by 16 nieces/nephews, 21 grandnieces/nephews and 14 great- grand nieces/nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks people to donate to the American cancer society.
