Genevieve S. Reyes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve S. Reyes of La Mesilla, New Mexico, who passed away on March 30, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernesto Ortiz and Ramona Ortiz; her son Richard Rodriguez; and her brother Valentín Ortiz. She is survived by: her children, Bernadette Caraveo (Oscar), Rosalie Cardenas (Eloy), Martín Rodriguez (Teresina) and Ben Rodriguez (Maria); her siblings, Celia Medrano (Val), Lupe Saiz, Carmen Ortiz, Angie Barbero, Lena Gonzales (Andrew), Tina Ortiz and James Ortiz (Liz); her sister-in-law Brenda Ortiz; her grandchildren, Sonia Caraveo, LeRoy Cardenas (Geralyn), Colette Rodriguez, Felicia Rodriguez, Jessica Rodriguez, Jesse Ray Rodriguez, Isaac Rodriguez (Samantha) and Diego Rodriguez (Andrea); and her great grandchildren, Marley, Brooklyn, Madilyn, Amelia, Adrianna, Gabriel, Jazmyne, Michael and Genevieve. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and many other relatives and dear friends.
