She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Esquibel Sr.; her parents, Annie Roybal (Guerin) and Santana Borrego; and her brothers, George and Ernie "Bardo" Roybal.
She is survived by: her pets, Apple, Chibi, Piglet, Bubba, Kat and Kiwi; her sons, Robert "Robbie" Jr. and Danny; her siblings, Shirlene Carillo (Robert), Darlene Silva, Joseph Serrano and Jerry Serrano; her parents-in-law, Irene and George Esquibel; and her siblings-in-law, Jennifer Esquibel and Jamie Esquibel (Teofila).
