It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barton Boni of Lake Sumner, New Mexico, born in Fresno, California, who passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Geniveve Boni. He is survived by: his children, Casandra O'Brien (John) of Hanford, CA and Thomas Boni of California; his siblings, Eugene Boni of Fresno, CA and Alice Joyce of San Jose, CA.; and his grandchildren, Kyle and Kaylee O'Brien. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews along with a host of friends.

“Gosh...he looked MUCH younger than his 86 years. My son and I met him in April '21 and talked over several days while cleaning up adjacent property which we hoped to purchase. We found some sheet music of his, which had blown away into the sage and cactus, and he was overjoyed to have them returned to him. We thought that it was very cool that he dressed each day as if he was going to class...esp the tie. ::)). Wish there was a way to keep his fruit tree watered. Rip Bart🙏 Tim Swift/Slade Bond”
