McMillan; his wife Joy Ann Drum; his children, Karen Lee Williams, Gary McMillan and Randy McMillan; his father-in-law Leslie Drum; his children, Eddie Binns, Tim Davis, Mark Davis and Erika Davis; his grandson Ayden; Tim, Mark and Erika. He was also cherished by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (200 E Boutz Rd, Las Cruces, NM 88005). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Masonic Cemetery (760 S Compress Rd, Las Cruces, NM 88005). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Rio Grande Winery Clubhouse (5321 NM-28, Las Cruces, NM 88005).
In lieu of flowers, Arnold requested that donations be made to University Presbyterian church located at 200 East Boutz Rd. Las Cruces, New Mexico.
